Based in Hampshire but operating throughout central southern England Robin Austin Surveyors brings a wealth of knowledge to all aspects in the fields of business and residential surveys and valuations. Being completely independent means that you can be safe in the knowledge that we will provide you with impartial opinion and unbiased professional advice.

Over recent years the majority of our work has been based around central Hampshire, the New Forest and, more recently, in and around west London and some parts of north London resulting in our extensive local knowledge and a wealth of experience.

In recent years the property market and economy has grown significantly.
Recent estimates would suggest that the number of people that have emigrated to the region within the last few years is equivalent to the population of Oxford.
The Ex-Pats demand for residential property both for holiday and permanent residency is continuing to increase.
With that in mind Robin Austin Property Surveyors LLP have opened a satellite office and are able to carry out general property inspections in the region.

Drone Surveys
Drone surveys have become extremely popular especially with high rise buildings or concealed areas of roofing which need to be inspected.
We are pleased to confirm that we now offer this service as a specific package or in conjunction with our Level 2 or Level 3 Home Surveys.
