A building survey (once know as a structural survey) is ideally suited to an older style property and includes a complete "no damage" inspection listing all serious defects which are visible at the property.
Includes an inspection of the roof void, drainage system, check for dampness, subsidence, beetle infestation attack, rot decay, condition of joinery, condition of internal fittings and also a comment upon the condition of the services.

Pre-sale survey inspection
